These Product-Specific Terms apply to the Commerce Layer Pack for Superhuman (the "Commerce Layer Pack") and supplement the Aionic Digital Software Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Product-Specific Terms control solely with respect to the Commerce Layer Pack.

1.0 product description

The Commerce Layer Pack is an integration designed to enable authorized users to interact with Commerce Layer through the Superhuman platform. Functionality may evolve over time as the Product is updated.

2.0 third-party platforms

The Commerce Layer Pack requires valid accounts with one of more third-party services, including Superhuman and Commerce Layer. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Aionic is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or performance of any third-party platform or for changes made by those providers that affect the operation of the Commerce Layer Pack.

3.0 customer data

The Commerce Layer Pack processes information solely to provide its intended functionality. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access, use, and transmit any data processed through the Product.

4.0 availability

Because the Commerce Layer Pack depends on third-party platforms and APIs, certain functionality may be unavailable or interrupted due to maintenance, service outages, API changes, rate limits, or other events outside of Aionic's control.

5.0 support

Support for the Commerce Layer Pack is provided by Aionic. Questions regarding installation, configuration, or operation may be directed to info@aionicdigital.com.

Except as expressly modified by these Product-Specific Terms, the Aionic Digital Software Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
